1. Career planning is a rewarding and positive experience. It can have multiple benefits, from goal-setting to career change, to a more successful life. Write the essential steps and their corresponding explanations towards a successful career planning

-The first step is to knowing yourself. By knowing yourself you will know what will be your objectives in life. It means that you have a planned to do for your future. If you know everything about yourself specifically what are the things that you can do, what are the things you love to do, what is your strength, what you want to be and on what field you are excel. You will know what career you are going to pursue.
The second step is finding out. In this step you will explore the occupation and learning areas that you are interested. You also need to compare the skills that you have, to the occupation that you prefer. If you still don’t have any idea what career you want to pursue try to look some of the occupation that is available and try to get all the details about  it then relate your skills if it is fit to the job you will chose.
The third step is making decisions, it involves comparing your options were you will assure if it was the best work option, and compare it if it suites to your skill, interest and in your value. Then to narrow down your option and make sure if you can handle the responsibility on that job.
The last step is taking action, after reflecting yourself, researching and gathered information
and making a choice to the career you want to pursue. You are now going to take an action by developing a job search strategy, and then send an application letter as well as the resume and then preparing for a job interview.

Characteristics of a Global Classroom
How can you make your classroom a global community?
Global perspective is integrated throughout the school curriculum not just in social studies.
The teacher must used any increases flexibility offered in the curriculum to respond to issue as they arise. Pupils get a lot of their information about he global issue from any forms of media to help the students to interrogate the information critically and consider a range of perspective.
International focus courses are developed in areas such as anthropology, regional history, geography, global or world studies, foreign language study, world religions, ethnic group studies, international business, music, and art.
The teacher must post some trivia and pictures in the bulletin board that are international so that the pupils is aware about the related information in a particular country.
Internationalizing instructional methods and materials emphasize intercultural interaction and culturally appropriate methods of instruction and assessment. Partnership programs with other schools and countries can also be developed.
In the modern day the classroom must have real communication technology to breakdown the geographical barriers, so that pupils can get in touch to other school in other countries to have a harmonious relationship.
Encouraging international travel as an important part of one’s education

#9 Environmental Education

Home is the first film that has been made using aerial-only footage, the director of it Mr. Yann Arthus-Bertrand had shown to us on what is happening to our Mother Earth at this present time. When I watch this video I was amazed on the things that I had seen, it is one of a kind experience in knowing how our world evolved to make things all balanced. In the first part of the film it shows what Earth is, during the time, we are not yet part of it.

The film had shown that no living things can ever survive on earth during its evolvement. There are particles that are not suitable in sustaining life and can make living things extinct. As year pass by the earth became a home of all the living thing specially the Trees, Plants and animals it shows how balance the earth was because of the individual role of living organism. When man came to life, we became the superior to the entire living organism in the earth the film had shown how does humanity had control all the system on earth and how they used all the resources that our earth had made. Human used all the resources in a fair way that can not harm to the other existence on earth. As years go on the film had shown that even human are evolving by means of using technology that can makes their work even faster, specially the use of oil as the energy.

It was a tragic when human had discovered the use of fossil fuels because it causes a lot of changes in the process of life. It became irrational once chemical and pollution had came to life it destroy some of the resources in earth especially the bodies of water and the atmosphere. With the abusive used of human to all the resources. It lessen the percentage of usable resources that may gone if human will not changed its way on controlling the system on the environment. With this issue most of the countries are suffering to the consequences that human false activity had spreading all over the world. It became the cause of competing in using the other resources because it become insufficient to other human, they are striving to get all the resources they will need. The film only reminds us that if we will not change our system in using all the resources the extinction of humanity will soon be happened.  There are also reminders that the film had shown “20% of the world’s population consumes 80% of its resources
The world spends 12 times more on military expenditures than on aid to developing countries. 5,000 people a day die because of dirty drinking water, 1 billion people have no access to safe drinking water. Nearly 1 billion people are going hungry. Over 50% of grain traded around the world is used for animal feed or bio fuels. 40% of arable land has suffered long-term damage. Every year, 13 million hectares of forest disappear. One mammal in 4, one bird in 8, one amphibian in 3 is threatened with extinction. Species are dying out at a rhythm 1,000 times faster than the natural rate. Three quarters of fishing grounds are exhausted, depleted or in dangerous decline. The average temperatures of the last 15 years have been the highest ever recorded. The ice cap is 40% thinner than 40 years ago. There may be at least 200 million climate refugees by 2050.” With this reminder the film also had shown other ways that human did to use the resources wisely and will not harm other living organisms. With this video it change the way I look on our planet earth and it must be a lesson learn to all human kind.

#7 The Teacher as a Promoter of Peace in the Workplace and in Community

1. Choose 1 topic from the list below. Read articles about it and write an at least 500-word reflection and insight. Include in the post the link to the articles if read online or the title of the journals/magazines/newspapers with date of publication.

In the article of Ron Clark “What teachers really want to tell parents” it shouted all the silent lips of all the educators all over the world. In this article it highlights how should parents treat all the educators. In molding a child the parents and teacher must be partners, they should help each other to put the learner in the right path. In this article it shows how all the parents kill the dignity of a noble teacher. They are manipulating the system of the educators on how they should do their job on their child. The teachers are treating like slaves; they are only following what will satisfy the parents. Ron Clark revealed all the wrong doing of a parent to a teacher, in the article it highlights what is the real job of a teacher. A teacher is an educator not a nannies they educate children to be a person that can be proud of. A teacher also can see all the problems in a particular child that a parent cannot see, because teacher works with the pupil’s every day. The parents must always trust the teacher because a job of a teacher is to mold and shape a learner; they are responsible on what will be the future of a child. The teachers are the only one who will set the objectives to be attained by the children not the parents, because a teacher knows what would be the best for a child especially in its education. The teacher set the rules not the parents. The teacher is responsible for the discipline of a child especially inside of the campus. Because based on the article of Ron Clark all the teacher are all tied up, hand cup and humiliated by the parents. the teacher must be respected, loved, idolized, etc because they are the role model of a community without them no child will be provided a good quality education and discipline. It is true that parents can also educate and discipline a child, but it is a major role of a teacher to educate and discipline a child, it is more effective if parents will collaborate with the teachers to make the child become a better person. So that the parents must understand all the possible situations that they will encounter.
